Agri-Products Hempsker 1.0

The Hempsker is designed to increase productivity and efficiency in the shucking process. The stems of wet or dried plants are easily inserted into the machine’s multiple station entry points. Each entry point is equipped with pre-sized holes that allow only the stem to be inserted. The stems are pulled through the machine by 6″ industrial lagged pulleys that are controlled by a variable frequency drive which allows operators to adjust the machine’s speed as needed. The leaves and flowers are gently stripped from the stem and redirected onto the 17″ wide conveyor belt below, which carries them into a single collection location.

Eco Weeder 1 Row

The ECO 1 weeder is ideal for small farms who have limited man power. With a single row, you will easily replace up to 8 workers in the field and cover up to 6 acres a day, depending on the type of crop you grow. You will double these numbers with the ECO II.

Eco Weeder 2 Row

If there are two rows underneath your tractor, this machine will work on rows varying from 30″ to 40″ (center to center). With special discs (offered as an option) the ECO weeder will weed along the plastic bed, allowing you to weed the 4″ – 6″ along the plastic edge that a cultivator can’t reach. The ECO weeder is ideal for organic farming and to reduce the use of chemicals in the field.
