Straight Augers - XTA Truck Auger
Wheatheart’s truck auger has been redesigned from top to bottom and is engineered to perform at optimum levels when farmers need it most. The XTA is an X-Treme Truck Auger that was built for durability, longevity and capacity. With the XTA, you’ll get the job done fast.

| Built for Durability
The XTA features a heavy-duty motor mount designed to handle high horsepower, heavy auger engines, giving you the flexibility to use the engine you want. Like all Wheatheart augers, the flighting includes Wear Edge Technology™, which provides an extra layer of steel welded to the edge at critical wear points. The purpose-built hose routing provides a cleaner sleeker look and protects the hoses from the elements and powder coat paint to protect and provide a long lasting durable finish. The 10″ models use square, one-bolt flight connections to ensure the flighting maintains proper alignment for smooth operation.
| Designed for High Capacity
The XTA uses double banded belts that are molded together as one to transfer maximum power from the engine to the gearboxes to maintain consistent speed when the auger is running.
| Developed for Ease-of-Use
Wheatheart’s XTA is designed with end users in mind. The belt tensioner is designed to engage and disengage the flighting and can be adjusted without tools, eliminating the need to lift the motor. The self-leveling motor maintains proper tension at all heights, so there is no need to reset the belt tension once the auger is raised into position. This means there is less slippage so you can get the job done faster.
| Low Maintenance
The drive shaft bearings are constructed of durable, oil impregnated hardwood for long, quiet operation and can be easily replaced if needed without disassembling the drive shaft. The bearing brackets are factory jig welded to ensure precise alignment. The chain tensioner on the top drive can be easily adjusted and provides consistent chain drive tension, helping to prolong the life of the chain.

The XTA features a quick detach tow hitch that can be stored on the auger so it’s ready to go when you need it. Moving around the yard is easy with the optional heavy-duty mover kit.

Makes setting up and moving from bin to bin easy. No pushing, pulling or lifting required.
| Heavy Duty Self-Porpelled Move (R100 Only)
The optional self-propelled heavy-duty mover kit features four-wheel steering and rugged all-terrain tires. The controls and steering are conveniently mounted to the side for easy access. The heavy-duty mover kit maneuvers the auger over rough terrain with ease using manual steering. Optional hydraulic power steering is available.

X-Tend Retracting Swing Auger
Wheatheart’s retracting swing auger offers the convenience of being able to extend, swing side-to-side and retract, without having to move or reposition the truck. The X-Tend was designed to work with the X130. It’s fast and convenient!
Once a grain trailer is in position, the swing tube is extended. The power swing moves the low profile hopper side-to-side, reaching the truck hoppers with ease. The X-Tend then retracts to allow grain trailers to drive away.

Transfer Augers
|Transfer Augers
Wheatheart transfer augers have a simple design, are balanced for easy moving and have multiple capacities to match your needs. Wheatheart transfer augers are available in 8″ and 10″ diameters with option of gas, electric or hydraulic drive. These low profile transfers are just 10¾” high and are light and maneuverable. The hopper fits nicely under hopper bottom bins and trailers for fast and easy unloading.
| Poly Transfer Auger
The 9″ poly transfer auger is the lightweight alternative! Wheatheart’s poly hopper and 9″ tube reduces weight (only 125 lbs), resists corrosion and offers easy one-person handling and storage. The 8’2″ length stores horizontally on semi trailers for legal transport. The unit also features an adjustable discharge angle for low trailers. Available in hydraulic drive only.
Portable Drive Over Pits
| Ideal for high volume harvesters.
Available in 10″ and 13″ Sizes and features a low-profile (7.4″ operating deck) minimal maintenance design and is hydraulically or electrically powered. The 10″ pit has dual 6″ horizontal augers and a 10″ x 7′ discharge. The 13″ has three 6″ horizontal augers and a 13″ x 7′ discharge. A large side hopper accommodates side discharge grain carts. This unit also features spring assisted ramps and a rear mounted hydraulic axle for easy transport.
Hydraulically or electrically powered with a low-profile of 7.4″ (operating deck) and minimal maintenance design.

The self-contained unit on the auger includes hoses, pivot assembly, all mounting brackets, 10′ of SuperSweep flighting, relief valve and hydarulic pump kit.
Truck Mount SuperSweep
Operated by truck or tractor hydarulics and comes with 10′ of SuperSweep flighting, relief valve, two 6″ hoses and pivot assembly.
SuperSweep U-Joint Backboard
Cleans thelalst pf the gran accumulated near the auger intake qwhen SuperSweep has been used. The u-joint backboard clips onto existing backboards and is anchored to the hydraulic motor.
